Unable to install an evaluation license (error 310)
have been to pack my product by InstallShield 2011 and enabled Trialware function to protect my product.
But it's occur expired issue in our internal test.
This is our steps below.
1. Prepare a pure Windows 7 Professional 32bit.
2. Install our product (it's working as well).
3. Launch our program (That will show avariable days dialog).
4. Close our program.
5. Restore OS to get pure Windows 7 Professional 32bit.
6. Install our product again (it's working as well).
7. Launch our program. That show a error message "Unable to install an evaluation license (error 310)."
After step 7, I can't launch my program even re-install. It's always show "Unable to install an evaluation license (error 310)."
How to fix this problem ? (I guess it's bug of InstallShield).

Thats not a bug. Thats actually the very purpose of embedding a license. When a user tinkers with his machine after installing the trial version, the license expires and the application cannot be run again.
Changing system time, formatting and reinstall of OS are all tinkering.
But there are ways to reset license on Test machines. Read this:

Read Trialware documentation for further details.
