Unable to download Installshield LE forVisualStudio 2015

Hi,
i'm unable to download installshield lite for visualstudio 2015 from http://learn.flexerasoftware.com/content/IS-EVAL-InstallShield-Limited-Edition-Visual-Studio
once i fill all the field , it says email unknown.

How to solve ?

There looks to have been an outage with the registration process, but everything looks like it has been resolved and you should be able to register now to download.
