Tracking IOCs
Feature requests and bug reports are frequently given IOC numbers by the InstallShield development and support staff. The IOCs are published in these forums.
Is there any way for us users to track these IOCs? Is there a way to see when they are implemented or fixed.

Searching the Knowledge Base for a specific IOC should generally tell you when they're fixed if the issue number was posted in a release notes or hotfix. However, in general, the easiest way to get the latest information on a bug or enhancement request is to contact support directly. My understanding is that you do not need a support contract to check the status of a bug, but I could be wrong.
