TimeRemaining & Tooltip

I would like the tooltip of field in my dialog to wait 1 minute and not 15 secondes. Can you explain me clearly how do that ?

I have Installshield 2010 Premier and it's a Basic MSI Project.

Alas, I don't believe Windows Installer has any built-in setting for that... It might be an operating system setting.
