This serial number has already been registered.

I already installed installshield 2010 express then my computer crashed and I reinstalled the operating system. Then I reinstalled 2010 and the last page "Register and Activation" "I get the error This serial number has already been registered. " I could not get past this. Looks like everything was installed except the main exe file and the start menu icons.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you had to reinstall InstallShield but you were not able to deactivate InstallShield first, you'll need to contact InstallShield Support at installshieldsupport@installshield.com.
