The resource compiler failed to build the res file , error -6118
We are migrating a Installscript project from InstallShield 2020 sp3 r1 to 2024 r1, previously the compilation and build worked fine with 2020 sp3 r1 , after migrating the build is failing with error -6118.(The resource compiler failed to build the res file ) FYI , there is only one language included in project and there are no foreign characters in any of the dialogs.
Tried to migrate to 2023 as well, facing same issue
