The product license has expired

Since today the InstallShield Professional 2013 does not start anymore.
If i try to build via a MSBuild script in commandline i get the following error message:

-7159: The product license has expired or has not yet been initialized.

Can you help me?
What's wrong?
I'm not aware that our license expires at any time.
