The installation takes a long time
My installable package takes a long time to install (see image 1).
It has the following sw requirement (see image 2):
- Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0 full package
and the prerequisites (see image 3):
- Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0 Full
- Visual C++ 10.0 ATL (x86)
- Visual C++ 10.0 CRT (x86)
- Visual C++ 10.0 MFC (x86)
How can I improve this?
Maybe the sw requirement isn't necessary...

Hi,
I would like to know if you are creating a compressed setup or an uncompressed one. In case it is a compressed one kindly change it to an uncompressed setup and check the behavior.
Also, is this behavior specific to a particular machine or is it the same in all?

Hi,
How can I know if I am creating a compressed setup or an uncompressed one?
This behaviour is the same in any PC.

Hello,
You could create an uncompressed setup from the “Releases” view. Kindly navigate to the Releases View –> Select the Release Type say “Single Image” –> Build Tab and then Compression type i.e. Uncompressed.
If you have a compressed setup that is causing the issue, kindly try changing it to an uncompressed release and check if the same behavior persists.
You may have a look at the attached screen shot of the Releases View.
