The Application Installer Cab (*.cab) files were created in a corrupted state
Dear Revenera,
We are using InstallShield 2020 R2 version
We are getting the below error more often.
error : The Application Installer Cab (*.cab) files were created in a corrupted state! Once in a blue moon, InstallShield will build the cab files in a corrupted state resulting the installer at runtime to throw the following error: 'The cabinet file .cab required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used.' The cause of this corruption is still unknown. Yet, the solution is simply to rebuild.
Unfortunately, we got this issues 3 times as of now. Could you please let us know if you have any suggestions for fixing this issue.
