I have a Basic MSI project. When the product has a patch (aka Minor Upgrade) installed, I am able to go into add/remove programs and uninstall the Minor Upgrade and revert the product to its original unpatched state.
I have a custom action I would like to run only when the patch is uninstalled, and do not want the custom action run when the entire product is uninstalled.
What kind of condition do I need to define for my Custom Action Panel?
The only condition I am familiar with is the "REMOVE" condition. But that seems to only apply when the entire product is uninstalled.
