Suite installer error 80070643
I have a installation problem with a user, the installation have started to rollback.
What does this error number 80070643 tell us?

This corresponds to the common Windows Installer error 1603. So all it tells you is something went wrong within the .msi installation. I'd suggest turning on your Windows Installer logging policy so that you get a verbose log of the .msi installation, and debug from there.
