StandaloneBuild - registry keys UseAPIRegistryHooks & ExtractTypeLibsToRegistryTable?

I'm interesting in possibly using the 'UseAPIRegistryHooks' and 'ExtractTypeLibsToRegistryKey' registry values work with the Standalone build?

These keys, if added to the HKCU using the full version of InstallShield 2008, affect the way that COM extraction works.

However I've changed these values but am not seeing any difference in behavior in the behaviour of an MSI built using the standalone build engine.

Perhaps the registry keys under which these values are located is in a different for the standalone build than the full product?

Can somebody from IS please confirm that this is the case?

Hopefully someone from IS can answer this soon. Otherwise try running RegMon while doing a build and see what registry values get queried.
