Stand alone version ini file
How does one use the -L and -D parameters in the ISCmdBld.exe ini file?
Or does one have to write a command line novel to make it work?
This is very sparse on information. The standalone version seems to be useless unless every developer uses and identical HD and path structure on the various machines. This is not always practical.

Bumping for relevance.
Still in IS2012 this is not possible and it effectively is preventing us from building in an acceptable way since the IsCmdBld.exe seem to be bugged in IS2012 where it does not recognize more than 1 parameter.
We need to set -L in .INI files and you HAVE to fix that silly cmd-line bug.
