SplashScreen fails to popup

Hi,
I have been using Installshield 2008 in which i ve been using "Installscript" Project. when I try to place the splash screen under "Support Files/Billboard --> Splash Screen --> English(United States)" window named as "Setup.bmp" splashscreen is not popping up.



Dimensions of my splash screen is 510*281 , size 420KB
Setup.gif also didn't work.
Also tried in Language Independent window.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
