Skinning Support for InstallShield 2009

Is skinning supported in InstallShield 2009 for MSI projects?? ...or for only those projects that utilize JScript?

Basic MSI projects in InstallShield 2009 support dialog themes, which are similar in spirit to skins used in InstallScript dialog boxes.
