Setup stub to manage download and installation

Do any of the InstallShield products create or use a user-friendly setup stub that can manage the downloading of the setup files (eg msi files, prerequisites, etc) from a secure website location, and then install those setup files? ie Like the way Microsoft use setup stubs to manage downloading and installing of large downloads.

I currently have InstallShield Express 11, and the Web Deployment option is unsatisfactory for our needs. The waiting around for downloads without a progress bar and the ugly IE Active-X warning are the problem.

In the Release Wizard, you might see if either of the Web media types "Downloader" or "Install from the Web" does what you want.
