Setup prerequisite .net 2.0 framework SP1

Hi

I have created my own setup prerequisite to install .net 2.0 framework SP1 for 32 and 64 bit.
I want it to run as silent install so I'm running it with this command line: /qb /norestart
The problem is when I run my setup it first install this SP1 as it should but after that it just terminated and I need to run the setup again.

Here is the prq file:

Any suggestions ?
I also tried with this command line /q /norestart but problem was not solved.
