Setup player for MSI projects?

Is there any equivalent to the Setup player (available in One-click installscript projects) for Basic MSI or Installscript MSI projects? If not is there anyway to pass command line arguments to a one-click web install? I am using command line arguments to control which features are installed and I would like to do so over the web with a MSI project.
