SdLogonUserInformation failing
I have an InstallScript project set up with SdLogonUserInformation so I can capture the credentials for a service I am installing that requires windows credentials. We are testing in VMWare virtual environment with Windows Server 2008 (32bit), and the system is part of the domain. The problem I am having is that when I provide a set of valid Windows credentails (i.e. my own), I'm getting an error message back saying that the server could not be found. Anybody have any ideas?

Hi There,
Check this thread and see if it helps:

These steps sometimes resolve the issue on machines I work with, but not always. You might also try seeing if it works with a local account, just as a troublshooting step.
