SQLRTComponentInstall available in InstallScript MSI Project

Hello, I am having trouble getting this function to work in an InstallScript MSI project. On compile I keep getting a compile error as follows:

'SQLRTComponentInstall' : undefined identifier

I can't see what I am doing wrong in the script, so I am not certain whether or not this function is available in this type of project?

That function does not work in InstallScript MSI projects; only pure InstallScript projects.
