SQL Shema version

Hi,
I am using SQL shema verisioning for sql files. I have two sql files one is for install and other is for uninstall. i added the schema version for install sql file is 1000.10000.1000 and for uninstall schema version is kept blank. But after uninstalling the database is dropping but after reinstall the database is not creating. I am using Basic MSI Project..

How to solve this problem?
I have seen in Installshield help need to write "custom script upon uninstallation to drop the InstallShield table" How to do it? Or have any other way??

I find out the table created in the same SQL database I am creating..
