SMEAD VIEAWABLE LICENSE

Hello,
I have a new PC following the crash of my old PC.
I'm trying to install Smead Viewables License but I get the following error:

Error Information:

Since this issue involves software from a 3rd-party, the 3rd-party would need to get involved. You would need to contact The Smead Manufacturing Company directly. If they require assistance, they can contact us, on your behalf, as long as they have a technical support contract with us. Please contact The Smead Manufacturing Company directly for assistance with this issue.
