Run Application After Install

I have a InstallScript MSI project where I would like to offer running the application after a successful install. I notice the SdFinish Dialog already has this functionality to some extent, but I'm not sure how to enable it. This dialog appears to show up even thought it's not part of the Install UI Sequence. The "Learning MSI Projects" book makes this out to be as easy as adding "SetupFinial" to the UI sequence, but again... doesn't appear to be an option. Any help would be appreciated.

Whats your project type (MSI, INSTALLSCRIPT, MSI AND INSTALLSCRIPT etc)?
