Repair Mode and Delete Mode don´t work

Hi all!
can somone please help me to solve this problem:
my project is a basic msi on Installshield 2009. At first the Repair mode dosent work properly, the installation interupts with error 2812: the event ActionData is not recognized. After chanching the "ActionData" to "install" in the Dialog "Maintenancetype", the error 2812 dosen´t occur again but the The installation interuppts now in repair and also in delete mode.
I would great appreciate your help!

The attachment include a screenshot that shows the settings in the MaintenanceType Dialog for the Pushbutton "Next".
