Remove Existing Product 2
OK, my previous post was vague...
It appears that without a previously assigned "Upgrade Code" an earlier version cannot be uninstalled by IS 2008 Express. Is this true? Anyone know of a workaround?
Thanks

I'm not quite sure that I understand your scenario.
When you create an upgrade entry in the Upgrade Paths view, do you browse to find the location of the .msi file that corresponds with the earlier version of your product that you want to be removed? If you do that, InstallShield automatically populates the upgrade code for you. If you skip that step, you do need to manually enter the upgrade code GUID. (To do this, select the upgrade entry node in the Upgrade Paths view. Then, in the Upgrade Code field in the grid on the right, type the upgrade code.)
