Remove Button disappearing in minor upgrade mode???
Hello, We have an InstallScript msi project that was built with IS 2008. We have just release the first 2 versions of the product 3.4 and 3.4 SP1 and they were built and maintained by a different developer. I am now working on upgrading to SP2 of the product and seem to have one problem.
I have made this install perform a minor update over the previous versions and it seems to upgrade correctly from 3.4 to 3.4 SP1, but when upgrading to SP2 everything seems fine and upgraded correctly, but the Remove button on the Add/Remove dialog box has disappeared and you only get the information, but no buttons.
What would be causing my minor upgrade mode to have that button disappear?
