Releasepackager.exe problem

I tried to use this command line utility to make a webinstaller of a CD-ROM image, however the utility complaints that:

"Error. The source specified in the first parameter is not a valid InstallShield media. You must specify either the Disk Images folder or the Disk1 folder of your release, and the media header Data1.hdr must be present."

Project is Basic MSI project (tried also to convert it to InstallScript MSI), same situation.

Any ideas?

ReleasePackager is only relevant to "pure" InstallScript projects, and does not function on MSI based projects.
