Reativation nightmare

Hi

i am trying to do offline reactivation.
Went through "Reactive InstallShield" and sent license.request file to InstallShield support e-mail address and received a response file.
But there is no place to enter the response code !!!
what to do ?

In case the link doesn't work. It basically says set this regkey

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\InstallShield\19.0]
"OfflineTransactionPending"=dword:00000001

and restart the IDE. Then the dialog comes up where you can paste in the response file. Worked for me.
