InstallShield 2011 Hotfix A lets you add to Basic MSI and Merge Module projects any DIM files that contain shortcut sets and shortcuts that were added in InstallShield Collaboration 3. It also resolves a number of issues. It is recommended that all users of InstallShield 2011 Premier, Professional, and Express install this hotfix. InstallShield now offers new redistributables for technology improvements that were made available in Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Service Pack 1:

• InstallShield prerequisites for .NET Framework 4.0 Update KB2468871 (Full and Client versions)
  
• InstallShield prerequisites for Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Packages
  
• Merge modules for Visual Studio 2010 SP1 VC++
