Back in 2020 we bought an InstallShield and installed it on my boss' machine. Recently his laptop was stolen, and when we try to installthe software on his replacement machine,it complains that there is no installation possible due to it being already installed on his old machine.
Is it possible to increase the installation count on the activation key, or revoke the old one and issue a new one?
