Quick question - Can the Trial version build to MSI?

Hi guys,

Apologies for the basic question but I tried to search and couldn't find the answer.

Can the trial version of InstallShield 2016 Express build to .msi? I've followed all the tutorials and the software still only builds setup.exe

I need to determine if I'm doing something wrong or if it's a limitation of the trial software.
