Quality of support?
The last year I have noticed a dramatic deterioration in the quality of support. The response times is slow and the technical skill of the support engineers seems to be very low.
Has anyone else experienced this or do I just have bad luck?

I've noticed this too. Not sure why... but I have had better experiences with InstallShield support. Lately it hasn't been so good.
