Properties not populated after leaving OnSQLLogin dialog after upgrading to 2013

After I upgraded installshield to 2013 Professional Edition from 2012 Installshield Professional Edition the OnSQLLogin dialog no longer populates the IS_SQLSERVER_SERVER and IS_SQLSERVER_DATABASE properties. Is this a known issue?
