Project Creation Failed

I am using VS2015 and Installshield Limited Edition 2015. I got a license file corrupted message and went through the online fix. Now none of my existing setup projects will load in VS2015. No message, projects just don't open. When I try to open a new InstallShield project there is a "project creation failed" message. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling InstallShield.

I can live with the answer that I have to use a different version of install shield. But I can't go through the effort of getting approval to pay if it doesn't fix the problem.
