Program not appearing in All Programs

The Application was appearing in the All Programs list but it has stopped appearing now. What's going on?

So; Start --> All Programs .... no listing in here but it does appear in the Add/Remove Programs list.

Using XP.

Hi Philip,

Could you let us know if you have created a shortcut under Programs Menu folder in the Shortcuts/Folders view.

Since you have mentioned that the application was displayed under All Programs before,could you try installing the setup on any other computer and check if the same issue persists.
