Product Version no longer accepts a.b.c.d

In the General Information page of the project. The new version of IE no longer accecpts thet standardized version format aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd. It flags that as an error and will only allow aaa.bbb.ccc. (It used to just ignore the .ddd part). Does any know if there is a fix for this?

Windows Installer only uses the first three fields of the product version. Is there any specific reason that you need the forth field?
