Product Download not working

Hi,

we're still using a InstallShield 2008 Premier license, which we're not allowed to use anymore (for whatever reason).

So we need to figure out, if we're able to recompile with InstallShield 2023 Premier, before we buy a new license.
Unfortunately, this seems to be impossible, we always receive the following error:

 
The Information Provided is Incomplete or Invalid.
Field Name        Validations
utm_source        Value must not contain any URL's

 

Of course, we did not enter any URL.

Is there any other way to get the product ?

I had to deal with the same problem this week when trying to register for a download to evaluate the current version.

However, the issue seems to be fixed, since today it worked as expected.
