Problems with Upgrade Manager / Downloading upgrades to InstallShield 2008
I've installed InstallShield 2008 and the product is working fine, but I cannot use the Update Manager.
I get an empty screen when I run update manager via control panel or when it runs automatically.
I saw a couple of postings on this, but with no resolution. One of the postings was in a forum about FlexNet that's now closed.
So my question is...
Does anyone know what the problem is with Update Manager and how I can fix it?

I'm having the same problem. I was able to install the Licensing Hotfix. When I start the Update Manager (or when it informs me there are updates), only the Update Manager logo and some gray-blue-ish header are shown.
After some time, the gray-blue-ish header also shows a lime. When it does so, you can try to scroll down by clicking and holding in the header area and move your mouse up or down.
This clearly is a lay-out/drawing issue with the Update Manager...
