Problems UnInstalling
Hi All!
I'd like to ask how I can manage the UnInstallation of my program in an InstallScript MSI Project.
My problem is: I have released a setup.exe file which installs my application. But, if I execute again that file, if offers me the possibility of Modify-Repair-Remove, then I choose "Remove" and it doesn't uninstall my program (just 3 out of 17 files). Even, it doesn't delete my shortcuts in the Start Menu, at least it deletes the Registry I created.
This problem only happens in Windows XP in Windows Vista it works properly. Oddly enough, if I change my default folder to install my application it will uninstall it correctly, otherwise, as I have told previously, NOT.
Does somebody know the reason of this strange behaviour? How can I edit my own Uninstall, because I cannot debug it.
Thank you in advance to any reply.
