Problem with deleted files

Hi,
I need help, I am using Installshield to install a app with vb6.
All the instalation is succesfull but My app have a .bat that erase some files, so when I run my app again, appear this message: wait while windows configure myapp.exe

I need that the Installshield not validate this files, there is an option, how can i do this?
