Problem Creating install for VS 2010 project

Hi, I have Win forms project comprising an exe & 5 dll’s and various other minor files. I have followed the video very carefully but when I get to the step where you add the application files Install Shield is only picking up one of the dll’s and missing every thing else.

The install package was carefully created from with in the solution so it should know what’s there, help appreciated
