Prerequisites not installed by the setup

Hello,
I converted my project from InstallShield 2008 to InstallShield 2010 and use integrated prerequisites like “Microsof .NET Framework 3.5″.
After building my realese, when I launch the setup.exe on computer where .NET Framework 3.5 is not installed, the prerequisite is not installed. It seems that my setup is ignoring the prerequisites.
Could anyone help me?

Hello,

When I tried to install my application to a clean system (where my application is not yet installed), the prerequisites window is displayed.
The problem is that in many cases, my application will be an update (old versions are already installed and updates are required).

Is it possible to install prerequisites during the update?
I need a help, Please.
