Powershell CA with System.Windows.Forms.MessageBox in 64/32-bit WI

My Powershell CA with a call of System.Windows.Forms.MessageBox runs as call in the IDE (from WINDOWS\SysWOW64) , but fails when called direct as MSI (from WINDOWS\System32). 

What's wrong?
