After uninstalling my program I still find the icon in start menu Note that I right clicked on my icon and chose Pin to Start Menu Without Pinning to Start Menu the icon is removed without any problems what should I do
If Windows Installer installed your icon to a program folder, then you right-clicked on it to pin it to the Start menu, you changed the location of the link file. Windows Installer can only uninstall things it knows about, so it can't uninstall something you manually created.
