Password Does Not Expose OK Buttoon

I have an installation package created with InstallShield Express 2012 which has been working fine with no reported problems for several years. A user recently reported that the OK button does not become active when he types the password to install my application. He claims that he has typed the password and also copy and pasted the password which I gave him in an email, but the OK button still does not become active. He is running a Lenovo laptop with Windows 8.1. I have searched the web to find a solution with no luck. I am at a loss as to how to advise him. Suggestions would be appreciated.

If this is the only person reporting this issue, it could be a machine specific issue. Due to the nature of machine specific issues, it may be a good idea to try another machine to see if they get the same behavior.
