Outdated Samples

I'm looking at the sample files for the Managed Custom Action that comes with Spring 2012 and it is for VS2005/VS2008.

Is there any way that the samples can be updated to 2010 and/or 2012?

I haven't tried, but I would expect the project to upgrade smoothly. Even if it doesn't, the subset of coding techniques it demonstrates are unchanged in newer versions of the framework, so you should be able to recreate the project around the c# files.
