Our machine where we have InstallShield 2012 Spring Premier Node Locked got crashed

Our machine where we have InstallShield 2012 Spring Premier Node Locked got crashed & cannot be recovered, now i have to setup from scratch. I have read release notes from installshield and as per them i should return license and then setup but now I cannot return as machine is inaccessible. What shall be done now?
