InstallShield does not support migrating projects in this direction. The Professional and Premier editions offer many ways to change a project that the Express edition may be unable to handle correctly, so we prevent this. If you still have access to InstallShield 2008, there's some fraction of a chance that you can use the component wizard to export things, either to a merge module, or just possibly to an express project (but I expect you will encounter problems with the different major versions, if not also with the differences between express and pro/premier).
Thanks MichaelU for your answer, but unfortunately this solution is not valid to me.
Now I have a diferent big problem, after install 2013 express (in the same machine), in 2008 I can not see the view path variables and neither view properties
