Offline verification
I had my InstallShield 2008 pro installed on my computer.
Now I have uninstalled it and installed it on an other computer within our company.
Online verification does not work - so I use offline verification.
I have sent the Request code to: offline_activation_beta@macrovision.com, but got no reply.
I then sent it to: installshieldsupport@acresso.com, but got no reply.
I then sent it to: offlineactivations@acresso.com, but got no reply.
What am I suppose to do? I can't use InstallShield, and we should have started development last week.:mad:

same problem here!!
My system crashed so I was not able to unininstall my Installshield 2008 copy.
Cannot start my fresh installation now... :mad:
