I have a single-user single-machine license for InstallShield 2008. Due to internal company policies my user id has been moved to a new domain. Due to this change i am unable to use InstallShield.
I am trying to re-install InstallShield using the offline activation method. However, the mail that i sent to "offline_activation@macrovision.com" has returned with an error "Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists".
Can you please let me know the new email id for this activation?
